Michael Frape - 'Blood, Sweat, but no Tears - Why a Rotarian ran the Paris Marathon'
Host - David Ball; Cashier - Paul Henry; Reception - Mona Forsberg; Equipment - Robert Ransom; Projection - Robert Ransom
Michael Frape is a member of Cambridge South Rotary Club (President
2015-2016) and partner in the Cambridge office of law firm Ashtons Legal. A
keen runner, in January Michael decided to take part in his first marathon
and at the same time raise money for WaterAid. WaterAid is a humanitarian
charity which delivers clean water and sanitation to communities in the
developing world. Michael chose WaterAid because of its close links and
alignment with RIBI and because clean water and sanitation are essential
requirements for any human life. RIBI has worked in partnership with
WaterAid for many years to help fund and deliver projects in Zambia and
Tanzania. That association continues.
