TOUR OF NEWCASTLE THEATRE ROYAL

DATE: Tuesday 23rd May 2017

VENUE: Newcastle Theatre Royal

TIME: We are asked to meet in the main entrance foyer at 10.20am.
our guide will be a lady called "Stacey". Stacey will be expecting a group of members from the Rotary Club of Newcastle upon Tyne and will meet us in the foyer at the main entrance for the tour commencing at 10.30am
TIMINGS: The tour will last 90 minutes finishing around 12 noon.
So far we have 16 member names and the limit is for 20 persons so anyone who still wants to join the tour should advise our Secretary Linda as soon as possible.
COST: The total cost of the tour is £72 for up to 20 persons and our individual payments will be pro rata this figure depending on final numbers.
President Jo will send an update on the lunch venue and arrangements nearer the time of the visit when final figures have been confirmed.
The Theatre Royal do have a caveat in their terms and conditions which is 'they reserve the right to cancel the booking up to 1 hour prior to the intended commencement of the visit'.  A full refund or alternative visit would be arranged.
In the unlikely event of this happening we could retire to a nearby coffee shop for a coffee morning of fellowship before lunch.
