A celebration lunch at the Girton Golf Club.


We had a lovely meal with a relaxed and festive atmosphere.

A bit of fun and a tasty roast meal - £19.95

Previous years have been a hoot, including last years Panto !

Musical Entertainment on offer  - Guests, Friends & Family all very welcome !

MENU CHOICES - PLEASE LET AMBER KNOW ASAP.

Starters: 

Roasted Tomato and Pimento Soup with basil, topped with herb and garlic encrusted croutons.

Norfolk Fillet of Smoked Mackerel, served with a beetroot and horseradish cream and baby leaf salad.

Blue Cheese and Bacon Mushrooms (button mushrooms sautéed in garlic with diced smoked bacon) finished in a Blue Cheese Cream sauce. 

Duo of Fanned Melon served on a blueberry coulis with winter berries. 

Main Courses: 

Roast Breast of Turkey served with Chef’s Pigs in Blankets and a cranberry and apricot stuffing.

Slow Roasted Belly of Pork presented on a bed of caramelised onion and black pudding, coated with an apple and calvados sauce. 

Braised Beef Steak coated with a cracked black pepper and brandy cream sauce. 

Oven Baked Fillet of Salmon topped with a herb crust and served with Hollandaise Sauce.

Goats Cheese and caramelised Red Onion Tart presented with a Provençale Sauce.

Desserts: 

Traditional Christmas Pudding served with a rich brandy custard. 

Warm Chocolate Fudge Cake served with a rich chocolate sauce and blackberry ice cream.

Baked Vanilla Cheesecake served with a crushed chocolate mint and Baileys cream.

Selection of cheeses with onion chutney, crackers, grapes and celery.
