Rotary Support for the Food Bank and the Night Shelter
Members of the Rotary Club of King’s Lynn have provided food parcels for both the King’s Lynn Foodbank and the King’s Lynn Night Shelter. These were delivered by the President of the Club, Mel Robson. In addition she handed over cheques for £250 to each charity. Further donations will be made in the New Year.
The Food Bank is on target to provide more food parcels than in 2022 which were much higher than the average for 2018-21. In November this year some 478 parcels were given out which illustrates how severe the economic problems are for many families.
