CLUB MEETING - EMPLOYABILITY OF SEN (SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS) YOUNG PEOPLE.

Our Speaker this evening will talk about the employability of Special Educational Needs young people.

Mark Hilton, Headmaster of Sandfield Park School.

Sandfile Park School is one school with three educational sites that individually serve the needs of young people with a wide rang of physical, medical, emotional and learning difficulties.

The school works with children on three main sites:

Sandfield Park School

The Hospital School at Alder Hey.

Alder Centre for Education (ACE).

Each of the sites has its own unique character. Sandfield Park caters for pupils with physical disabilities and a wide range of associated learning difficulties. The Hospital School situated at Alder Hey teaches children who are patients in hospital wards. The Alder Centre for Education formerly "Medical Needs Education Support", ACE provides an education for students who live in Liverpool and cannot attend their own school for medical reasons.
