On Thursday 28th July, members of the Rotary Club of South Queensferry were treated to a fascinating talk by long-standing club member David Batty. David is a dedicated hill-walker and climber who has pursued this passion all over the UK and in many other parts of the world. He is also an excellent photographer so his presentation was accompanied by a beautiful selection of mountain landscapes in the Highlands and also in Ireland which he recently visited. David was introduced by Richard Brown, the vote of thanks was proposed by Gerald Smith.
