On Thursday 16th January members of the Rotary Club of South Queensferry took part in the annual Club Quiz. In other business, President Jim McCulloch thanked and congratulated Vikki Renwick and Matt Purdie for organising the formal Speakers Evening in the Dakota hotel which set off the club's programme for 2020 to a great start. The local heat of the Young Musician and Vocalist of the Year Competition, scheduled for Wednesday 22nd January in Kirkliston Church will be followed by the Area Final in Lasswade High School on 30th January. Gerald Smith was introduced by Colin Riddell. Robert Farrelly proposed the vote of thanks.
