Baked fillet of Hake Salmon prawn layer, lemon dill potato cake, saffron cream
Twice cooked duck leg rosemary garlic potatoes, glazed red cabbage, honey orange jus
Baked fig, butternut, pumpkin seed crumble wilted spinach kale, mushroom jus
All mains served with winter greens, honey roasted root vegetables and beets
