How to apply for funding support

The Rotary Club of Helston-Lizard supports charities and other local good causes, subject to the availability of funds. If you wish to apply for help, please submit your application, ideally via email and using the Request for Funding Form that can be downloaded from the link given below. A properly completed Request for Funding Form, submitted via email is the only acceptable process and will provide the Club with the necessary information to efficiently help assess and prioritize your request.

Please type or write clearly, answering all applicable questions as completely as you can, please dont forget Bank Details and attaching copies of any supporting information (please do not include any originals that you need, as they cannot be returned). To minimise the risk of delays, please ensure you complete all of the requested information as incomplete forms can not be fully processed.

Applications are normally considered only for organizations based, or people who live or work, in or near the broad vicinity of Helston, the Lizard Peninsula and neighbouring villages.

Due to the frequency and timing of appropriate meetings, all applications must be submitted at least five weeks before any funds are required but ideally, longer if possible. After due consideration, you will be informed whether your application has been successful. The Club's decision is final.
