Submit a Project or Event to Club Council for Approval

Our elected Club Council is the governing body of Rotary Bradford West. Any projects or events that take place have to be approved by that body.
The forms are primarily for our members to seek approval for such events and projects, and are designed as an aide memoire, to ensure that no aspect of the planning process is overlooked.
We also welcome ideas for projects from Friends of Rotary. (Anyone who has taken the trouble to look at this page is assumed to be a friend!) If you have identified a need in the community and you think that Rotary can help, please get in touch with our secretary via our contacts page, who will arrange for the appropriate member to get back to you to discuss your plans. Please choose secretary as subject from the list of options available.
