Rotarians make an important contribution to many aspects of life in Witney.

Age UK - Late Spring - Funding towards the costs of running a series of Late Spring meetings in Witney organised by Age UK.  Late Spring is a network of support groups open to men and women aged 60+ who have lost a ‘loved one’. These groups are not just a place where members can share painful memories and loss, but they are also sessions filled with laughter and smiles. Read More...

Base 33  - a community led youth charity, based in Witney, providing an important role for young people in the community.  "Young people often come to us when they feel they have nowhere else to go". In recognition of this work and it's importance, Witney Rotary Club provides regular support to the charity.

Charity Dinner Dance - let your hair down for a fun evening, which also serves as a major fund raiser to support the charitable activites of the Rotary and Inner Wheel Clubs of Witney.

Christmas Carol Concert: This annual event in early December traditionally marks the start of Christmas Celebrations in Witney.

Holyrood House Party - an annual get-together for vulnerable Adults from the community and their carers

Maggie’s Centre - for a number of years Witney Rotary Club has contributed to  'Maggie's Centre'  in the grounds of the Churchill Hospital in Oxford. 'Maggie's' provides professional support and advice for cancer patients, their families and friends

The Story of Witney Blankets - A Rotary Booklet' recalling the days when the Witney Blanket was the hallmark against which all Blankets worldwide were judged. Aimed at the 10 to 11 age group this booklet makes interesting and informative reading for all the family.

Witney Schools in Bloom - Working in partnership with Witney Town Council to encourage the schools in the town to foster pupils interest in growing and tending plants

Wychwood Forest Fair - A September Day annually devoted to the celebration of  the history and traditions of Wychwood Forest
