Terry's trees fall and £1,180 is raised

Rotarian Terry Williams has been selling his locally grown Christmas trees again and all the proceeds are going to be divided between two charities

Rotarian Terry Williams on his Christmas Tree Plantation

This Christmas he is going to divide the proceeds between the Brighter Futures Radiotherapy Appeal and Action Through Enterprise (ATE). ATE is a UK based registered charity that supports economic and social development in the Lawra region of North West Ghana by enabling Small Business Development, SNAP (Special Needs Awareness Programme) and the provision of school meals in primary schools.

To buy one (or more) of Terry's trees you can either choose your own at his plantation or you can reserve one and collect it from the Podium in Highworth Market Place

How to choose and collect your own tree

As in previous years you can go to Terry’s plantation (near the M4/A419 Junction) and select a tree of your choice.  Terry will be there on Sunday 10th December and Sunday 17th December between 10am and 1pm.   After choosing a tree you can either dig it up with the roots or cut it off at the base of its trunk and then take it away there and then.

How to reserve a tree and collect it from Highworth

To reserve a tree contact Terry to make the arrangements on 01793 762669 or via email using the link below.  Your tree will be available for collection from the Podium in Highworth Market Place on Saturdays 9th and 16th December between 9am and 12pm.

Don't forget - by purchasing one of Terry's Christmas Trees all your money will go to the Brighter Futures Radiotherapy Appeal and ATE.

If you didn't manage to get one of Terry's trees this time you can contact him on the email link below to make certain of one for next Christmas.
