Young Chef is a national competition where young people aged 11-18 compete to cook a delicious 3 course meal for 2 people, costing no more that £20. The winner of this heat gets the chance to compete regionally and nationally, in the Rotary Young Chef competition We were lucky enough to have Chef Proprietor of Maison Bleue Pascal Canevet judging the competition, and worthy winner was Amy Whatling Aged 14 of Mildenhall. Amy will go on to comepete in the District competition in Kings Lynn on 2nd February 2019.
