Friends of Derby Volunteers

We have introduced "Friends of Derby Volunteers" as a way for people to support our work in the community. Many of our opportunities require just a short time commitment so they are perfect for people with limited availability. This will be a great way to utilise your skills, make friends and have fun.

Some of the excellent Rotary projects where you can help include:

- Collection of clothes to support asylum seekers (current)

- Litter picking in Alvaston Park (August)

- Supporting the renovation of the Joseph Strutt Building in Arboretum Park

- Building Eco-greenhouses (on hold at the moment due to Covid-19)

- Santa & Sleigh collections (weekday evenings in December)

- Supporting the pensioner's Christmas Tea (December)

- Christmas Tree Sale at Royal Derby Hospital (with RC of Etwall and Hilton)

If you would like to get involved please do get in touch.
