Welcome to the Rotary Club of Rushden Chichele

Rushden Chichele Rotary Club meet on a regular basis to enjoy friendship, and social activities.

By networking, we are able to utilise the skills, expertise, dedication and willingness of our members to help improve the lives of people in our local community and those further afield.

Our members unite to put our experience and knowledge to work tackling our most pressing challenges.  We focus our efforts in areas to help relieve poverty, reduce homelessness, local school projects and charities such as MIND.

2020 saw our 'gardening' members landscape a garden for the Martins Mental Respite Centre in Rushden and more recently provide marshalling services in Thrapston for the Covid-19 vaccination programme, which has received an amazing positive result for the club from the community.

One of our new longer term projects is that we now have a team from members to tackle environmental issues.  And we have started with supplying solar panels to Nepal for pumping water to remote hilltop villages;  recycling aluminium cans, ink cartridges and crisp packets, and simply litter picking in our local area.

We are a community of like-minded, people who are making a difference to their local community and beyond.

 New members are always welcome.
