An inspriational history of livesaving at sea and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution from 1790 to the present day and how volunteers have braved all weathers and shown immense courage to save over 142,000 lives.

David is Hon. Secretary of the Durham Branch of the RNLI and has been fundraising for the organisation for more than 40 years.
