Santa Sleigh Visits

Sun, Dec 5th 2021 at 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Santa was seen! He went round the streets of Seaburn and Fulwell again this year. Full details below.

Santa ready to go on his rounds

Santa planned to visit on four evenings as follows:

Sunday 5th December starting at 4.00 pm    Alston Crescent area.

He had to postpone this visit as Santa thought that the children would not wish to come out to see him in the wind and rain.  He was pleased to be able to see them on Sunday 19th December instead.

Wednesday 8th December started at 6.00 pm   Side Cliff Road, Neale Street and adjoining streets.  The weather was kind this evening.

Thursday 9th December started at 6.00 pm  in the 'D' streets off Sea Road, Fulwell, but had to stop about 7.30pm because of the heavy rain.

Sunday 12th December starts at 4.00 pm        South Bents area when we had some pleasant weather and saw lots of children.

Sunday 19th December starting at 4.00 pm.    Alston Crescent area, as we had to cancel on 5th December.

We again took the precaution of maintaining a 6 foot distance between Santa, his helpers and his visitors.

He thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the children and hoped that he was able to give them presents which pleased them.

We were very grateful for the generosity of the parents whilst we were taking Santa round.
