JOG,WALK OR RUN
The Mayflower Trail Challenge follows the beautiful Essex Way between Harwich and Mistley. The route starts at the Harwich Low Lighthouse and finishes at the Furze Hill playing fields Shrublands Road, Mistley, CO11 1HZ. The full distance is 13.1 miles.
A mini bus will be making regular trips from Furze Hill to drop participants back to Manningtree or Manningtree Station.
Under twelves go free but should be registered so we know who is taking part in the event.
Registration is at the Low Lighthouse from 08.45am
Run start: 09.30 Walk start: 09.45
Greater Anglia offer free train travel between Manningtree and Harwich for participants on the day.
It's a great day out an opportunity to get sponsorship for your favourite charity.
