Reuse Stirling
Tonight the Rotary Club welcomed two speakers from Reuse Stirling. Donna Wood and Duncan Clark spoke to members and visitors about the Reuse hub, a project run by Transition Stirling, an environmental charity helping people in Stirlingshire transition to a more sustainable way of living and at the same timemaking a positive impact on climate change. Products especially furniture are upcycled and restored by local volunteers and artist and are sold at through the reuse retail Hub in Stirling by Donna and her team of volunteers. The charity has a tool library, runs a community food program, reuses wood and provides workshops. The reuse Hub is located at 4 Borrowmeadow Road, Stirling. https://www.stirlingreusehub.org.uk/ Volunteers and customers are all welcome.
