Real Christmas Trees sold for charity

Proceeds from Terry's tree-mendous effort has raised a magnificent £1,080 all of which is being donated to the Swindon Downs Syndrome Group to support their speech therapy programme

You can buy a tree in Highworth Market Square on two Saturdays in December
Tree sales on the Podium in Highworth's Market Square are on Saturdays 10th and 17th December between 9.00am & 12.00 noon. You can buy a Norway spruce (with or without roots) or a Nordman fir (without roots)

We went to the races in March. It was a meeting with 10 races, 8 riders in each. It wasn’t at Epsom, or Haydock Park, or just up the M4 at Newbury. It was, of all places, in Wanborough Village Hall.
