DATE, LOCATION and DESCRIPTION of our event:
- Date: Thursday 4th May, from 6.30pm until 9pm.
- Venue: Manchester Communication Academy, 2 Silchester Drive, Manchester M40 8NT.
- Description: A community event, our annual dinner, celebrating the founding of the Rotary Club of Manchester in 1911, and our service projects in our community.
- Dress code: Smart casual. Be comfortable!
PURPOSE OF OUR EVENT:
- To bring together members of Rotary, people interested in Rotary, and members of the local community.
- To give opportunities to young people. Pupils will help prepare the food for an annual dinner of guests from outside of the school. We hope this will help build their confidence.
The food will be vegetarian, with a choice of lasagne or hot pot, and crumble or fruit salad for dessert.
