On 24 October 2019, Chelmsford Mildmay and Chelmsford Rivermead Rotary Clubs observed World Polio Day with the planting of 12,000 purple crocus corms.  World Polio Day is celebrated globally to generate awareness about the eradication of polio.

Our main fundraising event takes place in May. A 10 mile road race and a two mile fun run. Due to COVID-19 the Races were VIRTUAL in 2020 and 2011. But we're back in 2022 on Sunday 22 May. To keep up to date check out the Races website below.
