Photo competition with the theme "Peace"


On 18 April, RCSQ held their annual photographic completion. 56 Images were presented and enjoyed by Rotarians and guests. Alistair Pryde proprietor of Words and Pictures, South Queensferry, was the judge for his ninth year and he displayed his top ten to the company and explained the reasons why each had been selected. The winning image was ‘Moment of Solitude’ by Lisa Innes, in second place was ‘Japanese Garden in Fife’ by Norman Watson and he was also awarded the Robert Cleland Quaich as the best placed Rotarian. In third place was ‘Warming glow’ by Jim McCulloch. A raffle was also held and monies raised from the raffle and competition entries will be donated to ShelterBox Gaza Appeal.
