President Stuart asks that all committee chairs
1. prepare a half to full A4 page report for circulation beforehand
2. if able to attend, do a MAXIMUM 1.5 minute spoken resume or expand on the main points, with the emphasis on informing us all of important elements only. If they cannot be there, then to ask a committee member should be asked to speak for them and to make it clear to Secretary Ian who this will be in advance.
The committee chairs, many of which are new to the job, should major, if they wish, on how they see the work of their committee and, if there are improvements needed, how this might be achieved.
