Student life in Durham ...

Flag of Turkey

Hande has been at Durham University for almost a year as part of her studies for a Doctorate in English Literature and Linguistics.  Telling us something of her experiences in Durham, she explained that she had decided to come to a university in a small city having spent a number of years living in Ankara.  And she has not regretted it!

Hande talked of the multi-national nature of the students in Durham which has added to her enjoyment of her stay in this historic city.  She was accompanied today by her mentor at the university, John Norton, who just happens to be a member of the Rotary Club of Crook.
