Speaker From Bradford's Peace Museum

Wed, Dec 12th 2018 at 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Speaker Finder David Burrows has organised for a speaker from the Bradford Peace Museum to visit us. ------------ Visitors Host, Grace and Banners Alan Arthur, Cash Desk John Watson

As you are aware of Rotary sponsoring students at the University for Peace  Studies, so I thought  we might like to know more about the excellent Peace Museum,  across from The Bradford Club. A speaker will attend on 12th December, then we will walk accross to the museum for a visit.

The Peace Museum explores the history and the often untold stories of peace, peacemakers, social reform and peace movements. It occupies three small galleries in one of Bradford’s many fine Victorian buildings. It is unique in that it is the only accredited museum of its kind in the UK.

For more information about the museum please visit their web site https://peacemuseum.org.uk
