ABOUT US

We are Havering East Rotary Club, chartered in September 1976. We have 18 gentlemen and 9 lady members, from all walks of life, who have one main aim, and that is to put something back into community, be it local or overseas.

We have quite a big fundraising calendar, but running along side that, plenty of social events too.

We meet weekly at Upminster Golf Club on Tuesday evenings at 7.00 in the bar for a 7.30pm sit down in the restaurant. Meals are 2-course alternating weekly between starter/main course or main course/pudding.

We have business meetings once a month which are "lively", but we all end up having a good laugh about most things.

We often invite speakers to the club to talk on various interesting subjects, or perhaps a charity we are supporting.

We have a reputation for being a warm and friendly club, and you would be most welcome to come along any evening meet us and find out more about Rotary.
