a golf match followed by dinner with the club

A strong contingent of Woolsack members numbering 18 travelled to Cowdray Park golf club on Monday 17, May to join M&P Rotarians and guests for their meeting. We enjoyed a good evening of fellowship and an interesting talk from Norman Coward, with an update on the humanitarian projects he is running in Ethiopia. The dinner was preceded by some golf.

Four pairs of golfers from each club competed and M&P emerged victorious after a great afternoon's golf in fine weather. The photo shows the golfers involved.

Thanks go to M&P for their hospitality (and we will do better at golf next time!)
