Clearing the Misbourne in Chalfont St Peter
A group from Misbourne Matins Rotary spent a couple of hours helping to clear the Misbourne River in Chalfont St Peter for Misbourne River Action.
When they started, the bourne from which the club takes its name was dry, but after a section was cleared, water began to flow.
Afterwards a well deserved lunch was enjoyed at The Greyhound where more club members joined the workers.
It was all fun and good exercise.
More Misbourne clearing sessions will be arranged soon.
