Millom Rotary Club presented a cheque to Holborn Hill Junior Brass Band after their concert in the Pensioners’ Hall.

Millom Rotarian, 98 year old Arthur Ferguson, is proud of the collection of used spectacles. They have all been handed in by residents of Millom and district to be sent on to Vision Aid (now rebranded as Vision Action) which is a charity which repairs the glasses and sends them for distribution in third world countries.

Carole Pogrel, the President of Millom Rotary Club, presents a cheque to Angela Dixon (The C.E.O. of Millom Network Centre) to help with the Centre's efforts in running 'Meals on Wheels' in and around Millom.

Chris Driver, representing Millom Rotary Club, presents a cheque to Bob Kelly (The Chairman of A.I.M.S) to help with the group’s efforts in bringing popular children’s authors into the Primary schools in and around Millom. A.I.M.S stands for ‘Authors Into Millom's Schools’ and has been running for over 12 years.
