Our speaker was David Bonnar from the National Museum of Flight at East Fortune Airport
David gave us a very interesting and informative talk on the history of the museum and the exhibits on display. He informed us that no new buildings have been erected since 1946 and the airport is now a Schedule Status Monument.
They have 35 Aircraft in their collection including Concorde on display and a Red Arrows Hawk
David encouraged us to visit the Museum to discover these amazing aircraft.
