Start - 10.15 for 10.30.

Dorney Lake beside the River Thames.

 

Our next walk is on Sunday 8th June and will be of approximately 4 miles, starting from the conservation village of Dorney, near Eton, and will take us past Dorney Lake, scene of Olympic triumphs, the Thames towpath and the Jubilee River. The walk is level and much of it will be on firm paths. There are no stiles.

 

We will meet at The Palmer Arms, Village Road, Dorney, Berkshire SL4 6QW (telephone 01628 666612) at 10:15 am for 10:30 prompt start.  Lunch is booked for 12:30 pm and we will pre-order it before we begin the walk. We can use The Palmer Arms
