Speaker: President Barry Buttenshaw (Prince Charles, Bombs and Barry)

Mon, Jan 4th 2016 at 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Club President Barry Buttenshaw has put together a talk, about his experiences as a bomb disposal officer, entitled "Princes Charles, Bombs and Barry".
He will travel to Rotary Club and other group meetings at his own expense to give his talk. All that he asks is a donation of any amount to the End Polio Now campaign. He has, so far, delivered his speech to 21 groups and has raised £1500 for End Polio Now. He currently has another 11 meetings already booked for this year.
On 4th January he did not have to travel far as he was invited as guest speaker to his own club, The Rotary Club of Twickenham, where he kept us entertained. If anyone would like to book a talk from Barry please contact him via the web site.
