Many of the children in community schools receive little or no food each day due to poverty and/or neglect. It is difficult for them to concentrate in lessons which undermines the education they receive. The goal of the charity is to provide school children with breakfast and lunch each school day to eradicate hunger and thus enable them to take maximum advantage of lessons. In this way, it is hoped to enable them to improve their own lives and become a force for positive change in their society.
