Charter Night (Saturday 30 March)

Sat, Mar 30th 2019 at 12:00 am -

Celebrate the Club's 96th Charter

Dear Members,

On behalf of your President Mike, thank you to all those who have so far put your names forward for Charter Night. To date we have 77 people booked, so only three short of our minimum target.

This note is to cover two things:

1. For those members who have not yet signed up, I urge you to do so as soon as possible. Although 77 sounds like a good number (and it is for the event), when you take guests out of the number, there are only 27 members signed up from a club of 70+! The more we get the better the atmosphere.

2. For those already signed up (thank you), could I now please chase you up for menu choices and payment please, all details are set out below. If you want to pre order your wine, please do so directly with Les Cotils. The reason for this is that they have a small cellar and if a group of people all order the same wine on the night, they could run out, so please help them to help us. If you have none club guests please pass this on.

I  attach the MENU and WINE LIST again for your convenience.
