Ilfracombe Rotary Club is branching out in offering a new category of membership within its Club – Corporate Membership. We recognise that social responsibility of organisations, corporations and schools is growing in importance and Corporate Memberships invite them to participate in giving back to the community through the well-oganised systems and structures of Rotary. Rotary membership also offers excellent opportunities for staff leadership development and a medium to learn more about community needs locally, nationally and internationally.
We had the pleasure of inducting and welcoming to Rotary, Ilfracombe Academy as our first Corporate member with Rob Whitney, Lead Member and Principal Sharon Marshall, Head of 6th Form, Assistant Headteacher Toby Collins and Deputy Headteacher Steve Rogers as Associate Members.
Ilfracombe Rotary Club will continue to build on our close links with The Academy and we hope to attract and retain more qualified and diverse professional organisations within our community
