The unseasonal weather did not, luckily, dampen our picnics in the Rose garden of Danny House on Sunday 8th August.
We greatly appreciated the offer of being seated in the historic hall within Danny House and everyone enjoyed being thoroughly entertained by the five exceptional singers of “No Strings Attached”.
After months of lockdown, they enjoyed their first live performance as much as the audience, who joined in with well known know songs from the sixties, onwards.
A fun and entertaining way to be eased back to some form of normality as well as raising £280 for local charities from the generosity of our departing guests.
A big thank you to Richard Burrows for providing us with the hall at such short notice and to “No Strings Attached” for another superb and entertaining performance.
