Again the Club has taken the lead on running the Wrap Up campaign in Central Lancashire. This year saw even more warm winter coats collected with over 1150 useable coats (compared to 900 last year) passed on to local charities to arrange their free distribution to those in need paricularly the homeless. Other items of clothing that were donated were also passed on to charity.
Special thanks go to local supermarkets, Leyland Trucks and local schools who acted as donation points, and for the support of our neighbouring Rotary Clubs. But of course the biggest thanks go to those who donated coats!
