WELCOME TO PLASTIC FREE JULY ending

Fri, Jul 31st 2020 at 12:00 pm -

Can you reduce your plastic use this month?

Our new President, Patricia Painting, is encouraging us all to think about what we can do to protect our environment.

She started the year by providing each member with a BeeGreen shopping bag which folds neatly into a square and fits into a pocket or handbag.

Our focus this year is on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Our first speaker this month is Grace Onions, a member of the Croydon Soroptimists, who last year campaigned to reduce the use of plastic in her local supermarket.
