Since the onset of the pandemic, Penzance Rotary has been directing funds raised through the Rotary Shop and other means, to support young families experiencing hardship and to local voluntary groups assist ingpeople with genuine needs.more
The club meets each Friday lunchtime and up to twice each month members and guests enjoy a talk by a speaker. Talks cover a wide range of subjects with most being community focussed. Others may cover a speaker's special interests.more
A wide range of community activities are undertaken by our members, some of which are detailed on the pages of this site. New members are always sought, because with new members come new ideas for new projects to run alongside our existing ones.more
Some of the most rewarding activities carried out by Rotarians are the organisation of Vocation based competitions like 'Young Chef', organising concerts for students and conducting 'Mock Job Interviews' for iminent school leavers.more
