Caldesi in Campagna restaurant in Bray

Back by popular demand, an evening in a private room at Caldesi in Campagna restaurant in Bray.  Partners welcome.

They will serve us the following 3 course menu:

Ravioli ricotta e spinaci
Ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach, butter and sage sauce

Faraona
Roast Guinea fowl stuffed with Italian sausage and dried fruit, roasted potatoes

Tiramisu
Giancarlo’s tiramisu with Vin Santo

[Vegetarian main course option will be aubergine parmigiana with tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella and basil]

Followed by a filter coffee.

Cost will be £40 per head (£45 including discretionary service charge).

Those who have been before will I'm sure confirm that it's a great night with great food. I believe Giancarlo and his chef will once again spend some time with us telling us about what's being served.

Please let Steve Berry know if you'd like to attend as soon as possible (indicating if you'd like the vegetarian option), but in any case by January 31st at the latest.
