A report of the session from John:-
"28th November we made a second attempt at our late autumn contribution at Oakwell park, the first a fortnight ago having been postponed due to the weather.  Despite the threatening forecast, a working party of 6, led by Jim  and consisting of Steve, Tony, John Logan, Bill Hildred and Ian Booth, guided by Ranger Patrick, completed the task of of cutting down an overgrown thicket of willows  obscuring the view between the top  two of the  new ponds we helped prepare for 7 years ago, just in time before the rain started.  The trees will regrow in the spring in a less obtrusive form. The cuttings have been piled just below the walkway for us to return and burn them later in the winter.  Unfortunately we didn't think of taking before and after pictures to illustrate the dramatic effect of our efforts, but both ponds are now fully visible from the walkway"

. Big thanks to John for pictures and report
