  2. Minutes of AGM held on 1st May 2018
  3. Minutes of Special General Meeting held on 13th November 2019
  4. Receipt of the Treasurer’s Report and proposed Budget and Membership subscription for the Rotary year 2020/21
  5. Reports from Committee Chairmen for the current Year
  6. Election/confirmation, for 2020/21 of President, President Elect, Presidential Nominee,  Secretary, Treasurer, and Committee Chairmen.
  7. Appointment of Auditor
  8. Election of one Representative and a substitute to serve on District Council.
  9. To agree  renewal of RIBI compliance Policies.  Secretary is to sign confirmatory Certificate and return to District Secretary.
  10. To consider any other matters for which proper notice has been served
