Barrie Birch will show a video

Wed, Nov 9th 2022 at 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Barrie Birch will show a video by Julia Bradbury on her walk in the Lake District up Pillar Rock. Speaker Finder Keith Brown, Visitors Host, Grace & Banners Barry Smith, Cash Desk & Sergeant at Arms Derek O'Hearne

You will recall that our President told us that at Bradford Cathedral they do a most interesting tour with a guide.   Unfortunately they cannot accommodate us on a Wednesday.

We thought we could cancel our regular Wednesday meet on 9 November and instead assemble at the Cathedral at 11 am  on 10 November (wives and partners are very welcome to join us), and after the tour we can walk over to the Bradford Club for lunch.

As this is a Thursday when the Optimists meet a few of their members/wives will also be joining us.

The Cathedral ask for a small donation from visitors, and I suggest we contribute £2.50 per head.

Would be grateful if you could let me know whether or not you will be able to join this visit so that I can give numbers to the Cathedral and the Bradford Club.
