Santa is out and about in Ribble Valley villages and Clitheroe town during the run up to Christmas. The Sleighs will also be appearing on Clitheroe Market Dec. 10th and 17th., Dawsons Store Dec. 11th and 18th., and finally at Sainsburys Supermarket Dec. 22nd and 23rd.
Generous donations have already been made and all funds will be distributed to lacal charities in the New Year. This year local children are also donating gifts to Santa as he travels around, which will be passed onto children in the Ukraine via International Aid trust. Thank you for all the gifts we have already received.
Two local Primary Schools, St. James's and St. Michael and St John's, are also putting together shoe boxes containg gifts and messages which, along with shoe boxes prepaired by Rotarians, will also be sent to Ukranian children via IAT.
Thank you for your support and a Merry Christmas from Rotary!
