Rotary Club of Birstall Luddites
Seat of Knowledge Quiz 2019

Mon 25th Feb the Annual Birstall Luddites Seat of Knowledge Quiz was hels at Gomersal Park Hotel.
The Quiz was started in 1989 and it is still going strong.
In attendance were 67 Rotariands and friends from the Inner 9 Clubs and also from the
Rotary Club of Skipton.
After the meal the Rotary Club of Mirfield ran the Quiz. Dawn and Ralph took turns asking the 100 questions and then giving answers . The winners with 85 were team " Has beens" from Birstall Luddires.
President Jeremy presented the Seat of Knowledge Trophy to winning team member Bill Fox.
Next years Quiz questions Club was drawn out bu District Governor Nigel and Cleckheaton RC were selected. Rotarian Robert Jackson organised a raffle and £100 was raised for Rotary Foundation.
Thanks to Tony for acting as Treasurer for the night and Keith for the sound system
