We organised the Cambridge heat of Rotary in Great Britain and Ireland’s National Young Photographers Competition in early 2019. The theme was "Beauty of Nature"

The winners received their prizes on Saturday 2 March at Campkins Cameras, King's Parade, Cambridge

Many thanks to the 35 young photographers who took part, submitting 3 images each. The judges were  Keith Heppell (Cambridge Independent), Chris Fell (Cambridge Camera Club) and Owen Howell (Campkins), who were impressed by the high standard of the entries.

Our two winners’ entries went on to the East Anglian District Competition. Congratulations are due to our Senior winner Caro Ashforth, who also won that, and was then Highly Commended in the National competition in May.
