Rotary Club of Birstall Luddites
Remembrance Day Sunday 14th Nov 2021
 President Nigel and Luddies followed the procession from Birstall market place to St Patrics Church Birstall for a service of Remembrance, after which the standard bearers led the clergy and congregation to Birstall war memorial at St Peters Church.
Local MP Kim Leadbeater, local councillors and clergy led wreath laying and the
Act of Remembrance
President Nigel laid a wreath from RC Birstall Luddites.

For the Fallen
They shall not grow old,
as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them.
nor years condemn,
At the going down of the sun,
and in the morning,
We will remember them.
