Congratulations to Mauricewood Primary School on winning the first (club) round of this year's Primary School Quiz. In a tight finish, with three of the six teams on equal points before the final round, Mauricewood came out winners by two points. The event was again sponsored by Andrew Turner, Blacksmiths and Marion Turner along with club President Tony Blenkinsop presented the trophy to the winning team. Mauricewood Primary will represent Penicuik in the next round of the competition which will be held in April. Good luck Mauricewood!
