After a break due to Covid restrictions, the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) took place this year at a Buxton outdoor centre. RYLA is a leadership programme co-ordinated by Rotary Clubs around the world in which thousands of young people get involved. Selection for RYLA is 14-16 year olds from of all backgrounds who have leadership potential and would benefit from an opportunity to participate. Wollaton Park Rotary Club were pleased to support Patience Sulley and Ellie Parkinson- Humber to undertake RYLA 2022, and former attendee, Liv Sulley who had found the experience so positive, came along to offer support as an adult helper.
